How it works

From sign-up to job offer in four steps

Everything happens in the app. You only need an Android phone with WhatsApp.

STEP 1

Register

Verify your mobile number with a WhatsApp OTP, upload a photo of your Aadhaar card and choose your designation.

STEP 2

Take the test

Answer 30 questions in 30 minutes. The front camera stays on and leaving the app is recorded, so every result is fair.

STEP 3

Get your certificate

Score 60% or more to receive a certificate with your own certificate number, valid for one year.

STEP 4

Apply for jobs

Apply to jobs that need your certificate and follow your application from Applied to Selected.

Frequently asked questions

Is my Aadhaar safe?

Your Aadhaar is used only to verify your identity. Only our verification team can see the uploaded card. Your certificate shows only the last four digits, like XXXX XXXX 1234.

What happens if I fail the test?

You can take the test again. Every attempt gets a new set of 30 questions from the question bank.

How long is the certificate valid?

One year from the exam date. After that it shows as expired and you can take the test again to renew it.

Which tests can I take?

The tests that match the designation you chose at sign-up. Pickers and Packers can take both the Picker and Packer tests. Other roles take their own test.

Why is the app not on the Play Store?

Manpower Mentor is shared as a direct download from this website. Android asks for permission the first time you install an app this way. That is normal.

Do I need to pay to take the test?

No. The test is free. Only the certificate has a one-time fee, and it is free for the first 100 candidates.
